Ingredients
- 1 lb Giblets and neck, weights may vary
- 1 Celery stalks
- 1 tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper
- 6 cups H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 Carrot(s)
- 1/2 Yellow onion(s)
Instructions
- Cut carrot, celery, and onion into large pieces.
- Place ingredients in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil over High heat, reduce heat to Low and simmer 2 hours while turkey roasts.
- Strain stock, reserving giblets and neck for use in gravy or dressing recipes.
