Unsaved Turkey Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 6 oz Turkey flavored stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan add cranberries, chicken broth and butter. Bring to a boil.
  2. Pour dry stuffing mix into a large bowl. Add boiling broth mixture, toss to combine, cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Fluff with a fork then season to taste and serve.
