Unsaved Triple Bean and Smoked Sausage Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 5 Smoked sausage links, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups Trinity blend
  • 1 Canned pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Canned Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Better Than Good Moppin' Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add oil and sausage and cook for 5 minutes until sausage is browned. Add trinity blend vegetables and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add all the beans and stir to combine. Pour in bbq sauce, add salt, and turn heat down to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in cilantro and remove from heat. Serve as a side dish with your favorite bbq meals.
