
Tofu Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Grapeseed oil
- 16 oz Extra firm tofu, Drained well and Cut into 1/2" cubes
- 16 oz Teriyaki stir fry kit with sauce, reserve sauce
- 1/2 cup Vegetable broth, low sodium
- 1 Teriyaki sauce packet
- 25 Scallions, bunched, cut greens on a thin bias.
- 1 oz Chili crisp
Instructions
- In a large wok, heat grapeseed oil until shimmering. Add diced tofu and cook, while tossing regularly, until lightly golden brown on all sides. Remove tofu from pan and set aside.
- Add stir-fry vegetables to wok and toss in oil to coat. While constantly tossing, cook until vegetables are evenly cooked, about 6 minutes.
- Add vegetable broth and teriyaki sauce packet, and toss to mix well. Add tofu and toss to coat with the sauce. Continue cooking while tossing regularly for another 2 minutes. Plate stir fry and garnish with sliced scallions and chili crisp.
