  • 12 oz Fully cooked sliced beef fajitas, thawed and rough chopped
  • 2 tbsp Queso fresco, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, pour in queso blanco and 1/4 cup of water and stir to combine.
  2. Add in queso asadero and continue to stir until cheese is melted and heated through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in salsa until combined and remove from heat. Fold in fajita meat and place in serving container. Garnish with queso fresco and serve with tortilla chips.
