  • 12 oz Garden salad blend
  • 1/2 cup(s) Roasted applewood smoked uncured ham, sliced on # 2, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  • 1/2 cup(s) Roasted brisket, sliced on # 2, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup(s) Roasted herb encrusted turkey, sliced on #2, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup(s) Thick shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup(s) Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup(s) red onions, julienned
  • 1/2 cup(s) Smoked ancho ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup(s) sliced pickled jalapeños, drained
  • 2 large Hard boiled eggs, halved

Instructions

  1. Place salad blend in a large bowl and add meats, cheese, beans, tomatoes, red onions, and ancho ranch dressing. Toss well to combine.
  2. Divide salad among serving plates and garnish with sliced jalapeños and hard-cooked eggs.
