- 11 2/5 oz Garden Lime Crunch Chopped Salad Kit, (or other chopped salad kit of your choice)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb Seasoned Diced Chicken Thighs
- 1/3 cup(s) That Green Sauce, or medium
- 1 cup(s) Quesos Tipo Mexicano
- 2 large naan bread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare salad according to package directions using all ingredients. Set aside.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and chicken to pan and cook according to package directions. Set aside.
- Spread a layer of green sauce and cheese on naan bread and place in oven 4 to 5 minutes, just to heat through and melt cheese.
- Cut in half the wide way. Layer cooked meat and salad on top of toasted naan bread. Serve immediately.
- Chef's Note: These can also be garnished with avocado, sour cream, or any other taco toppings as desired. Don't be shy - just fold it in half and pick it right up!
