
Sweetheart Steak and Scallops with Greek Chimichurri Butter

Ingredients
- 16 oz Sweetheart Steak Boneless Beef Ribeye Steak
- 8 oz U-10 Scallops, about 4 scallops
- 2 tsp Steak Seasoning
- 2 oz Unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp Fresh Oregano, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley, minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Fresh garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Preheat gas or charcoal grill to high.
- Season steak and scallops with Texas Originals Steak Seasoning.
- Place steak on grill first. For medium-rare, grill 4 minutes, flip and add scallops. Grill 2 minutes, flip scallops and continue to cook steak and scallops another 2 minutes. Remove everything from grill and set aside to rest.
- During rest time, in a small bowl mix softened butter with oregano, parsley, lemon zest, garlic and salt.
- Serve steak and scallops with a dollop of butter mixture.
- Chefs Note: To make this a complete Valentine's Day meal, serve with Greek roasted potatoes (see heb.com/recipes).
