Unsaved Sweet Heat Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 3/4 cup(s) red onions, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Adams Reserve Spicy Bacon Rub, or seasoning of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Four Star Provisions Charred Peach Bourbon Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Cover a rimmed sheet pan with foil or parchment.
  2. Trim bottoms from Brussels sprouts and slice in half (or quarters if large). Place onions and Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and toss with oil and spicy bacon rub.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on prepared pan. Roast in oven for 13 to 15 minutes. Drizzle with peach bourbon sauce (or substitute hot honey if you like) and toss to coat. Return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes just to heat through.
