Unsaved Sriracha Hot Honey Edamame

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package Edamame in the shell
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil, (or other neutral flavored oil)
  • 2 tsp For Real Sriracha-Cha seasoning
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tsp hot honey

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized pan add about 3 quarts of water. Bring to a boil, and add edamame. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain immediately.
  2. Add oil, seasoning and garlic to a large skillet. Heat over medium heat. Stir and cook for 1 minute, or just until garlic and seasoning start to get fragrant. Add edamame. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or just until edamame is completely coated.
  3. Drizzle lightly with hot honey. Season with salt to taste and toss. Serve warm.
