Unsaved Splendid Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 Large shallot(s), peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 24 oz Green beans
  • 1/4 cup H-E-B Texas Twists Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line small baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick.
  3. Spread the shallot rings evenly in the pan and bake for 5 to10 minutes until golden. Remove and cool.
  4. Combine mushrooms and olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl and microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Set mixture aside.
  5. Prepare green beans according to package directions, drain and place in large serving bowl.
  6. Top green beans with mushrooms, dressing and shallots.
