- 6 2/5 oz Chunk light tuna pouch, drained
- 2 each large eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Green pickled sliced jalapeño peppers, chopped
- 1 each Large avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) red bell peppers, chopped
- 8 each Honey wheat bread, toasted if desired
Instructions
- Place tuna, eggs, mayonnaise, jalapenos, avocado and red pepper in a mixing bowl and toss to combine.
- Spread 1/3-1/2 cup spicy tuna sandwich spread on 4 slices of bread and top with remaining bread slices.
