
Spiced Cranberry Strawberry Tarts

Ingredients
- 32 oz Strawberries, washed, tops trimmed and thinly sliced
- 12.6 oz Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Cran Razz Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime(s), fresh juice
- 1 tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Hill Country Fare Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup H-E-B Organics Pure Cane Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 16 Texas Pie Company Frozen Tart Shells
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375˚F.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, cran razz sauce, lime juice, vanilla extract, corn starch, sugar and salt together.
- Mix well to coat everything and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow mixture to macerate.
- While mixture macerates, place empty tart shells onto sheet pans and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and allow shells to cool.
- Using a 1/3 measuring scoop, fill each shell evenly with fruit mixture.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture looks bubbly and tarts are golden brown around the edges.
- Allow pies to cool to room temp then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow filling to set.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
