Unsaved Sparkling Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar, plus 2 tsp
  • 2 tbsp water, plus 2 tsp
  • 1/2 cup(s) cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced thinly and seeds removed
  • 2 cup(s) ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup(s) sparkling mineral water

Instructions

  1. To make simple syrup, combine sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  2. In a large glass (24 ounce), pour in coffee concentrate and 1/3 cup of simple syrup. Add lemon slice and stir well to combine.
  3. Add ice cubes then pour sparkling water into glass until full. Stir gently and serve with a straw.
