Unsaved Sparkling Cranberry Pear Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 Prosecco
  • 4 fl oz Brandy
  • 7 1/2 fl oz Ginger ale
  • 1 cup Cranberry apple juice blend
  • 1 Small fresh red pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 Small mandarins, seeded, peel on, sliced very thin

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall pitcher part way with ice and add Prosecco, brandy, ginger ale, cranberry apple juice, and pear and mandarin orange slices. Stir gently with a long handled spoon to combine. Serve immediately.
  2. Chef's Note: If making ahead, do not add ice until ready to serve. Keep chilled in refrigerator and add ice just before serving.
