  • 7 9/10 oz Cured chorizo, diced small
  • 1 cup(s) Marcona almonds
  • 1 cup(s) Manchego cheese, shredded
  • 4 each Roasted piquillo peppers
  • 3 each Garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/4 cup(s) Fresh shallots, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup(s) Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup(s) Cold water

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse to combine until smooth and creamy. Add cold water as needed for smoother spread.
  2. Chef's Tip: This is my favorite party dip for large gatherings, serve on crostinis or with chips or veggies.
