- 7 9/10 oz Cured chorizo, diced small
- 1 cup(s) Marcona almonds
- 1 cup(s) Manchego cheese, shredded
- 4 each Roasted piquillo peppers
- 3 each Garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/4 cup(s) Fresh shallots, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup(s) Red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 cup(s) Cold water
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse to combine until smooth and creamy. Add cold water as needed for smoother spread.
- Chef's Tip: This is my favorite party dip for large gatherings, serve on crostinis or with chips or veggies.
