Unsaved Spanish Marinated Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 tbsp Hess Street Food Spanish Chorizo Paste
  • 1 tbsp lime, juiced
  • 2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch steaks

Instructions

  1. Using a larger container, spread Spanish chorizo paste and juice of one lime over the tenderloin.
  2. Cover and allow 20 minutes to marinade.
  3. Meanwhile, heat grill to medium-high.
  4. Place steaks on hot grill and cook 3 minutes on each side or until meat has an internal temperature of 145ºF.
  5. Remove and serve hot.
