
Southern Style Crab Boil

Ingredients
Serves 8
- 2 cup(s) Chardonnay wine
- 2 cup(s) Water
- 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Latin-N-Lime Seasoning Rub
- 1 each Garlic cloves, cut in half horizontally
- 1 large White onion, sliced
- 1 each Fresh cilantro, stems only leaves reserved for garnish
- 4 each Lime, cut in half, juiced and added to pot
- 1 lb Fresh okra, cut in half
- 4 each Sweet corn on the cob, cut in half
- 1 lb Jalapeno smoked sausage, cut into chunks
- 4 oz Unsalted butter
- 2 lb Crab clusters
Instructions
- In a large stock pot, add wine, water, Adams seasoning, garlic, onions, cilantro stems, and limes. Bring mixture to a boil.
- Lower heat to medium, then add okra, corn, and jalapeño sausage. Cook 15 to 20 minutes then add butter and crab clusters. Cook an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
- Strain liquid then pour onto a giant platter and season to taste as needed and garnish with remaining cilantro leaves.
