Ingredients

  • 2 lb Bone-In Pork Steaks
  • 2 tbsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
  • 1 cup(s) white onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup(s) Capers
  • 15 oz Better Than Good Soppin' Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. While oven is preheating, heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat.
  3. Season both sides of pork steaks with House seasoning.
  4. Add a little non-stick spray to the pan and sear steaks for 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove steaks and reserve for later cooking.
  6. Add sliced onions and capers to pan, cook 3 minutes then add soppin' sauce.
  7. Return steaks to pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Once steaks' internal temperature reaches 145ºF, remove from oven and serve warm.
