
Smoky Cranberry-Apple Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 oz Fresh cranberries
- 1 cup H-E-B Pure Cane Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cup H-E-B It's Juice 100% Apple Juice
- 1/4 cup Red onions, diced
- 2 tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Salted Butter
- 2 Granny Smith apple(s), cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup Cookwell & Company Bock and Brown Sugar Marinade
Instructions
- Place cranberries, sugar, apple juice, red onions and butter in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer, uncovered, until cranberries begin to pop open.
- Stir in apples and marinade, then return to a boil and simmer 5 - 7 minutes; let cool, then cover and chill at least 24 hours before serving.
