Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp smoky harissa paste
  • 12 oz whole Brussels sprouts, stem removed, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp Italian parsley, rinsed, patted dry, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together oil and harissa paste. Add Brussels sprouts and toss until well coated.
  3. Spread sprouts evenly on prepared baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or until fork tender. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
