
Smokey Roasted Harissa Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp smoky harissa paste
- 12 oz whole Brussels sprouts, stem removed, cut in half
- 1 tbsp Italian parsley, rinsed, patted dry, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together oil and harissa paste. Add Brussels sprouts and toss until well coated.
- Spread sprouts evenly on prepared baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or until fork tender. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
