
Shrimp ala Ajillo

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley, leaves only, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. When hot add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, pepper flakes, salt, and paprika and stir to combine.
- When shrimp are half cooked, add lime juice and white wine, stir and reduce by half. Add butter and stir constantly until it's melted and incorporated into the sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve.
