
Seeded Avocado and Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 each H‑E‑B Organics Seedatude Sliced Bread, 4 slices, plus more as needed
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided use, plus more as needed
- 2 each cloves of fresh garlic, plus more as needed
- 2 large avocados, cut in half, pits removed and approximately 1/2 an avocado used per slice of toast, plus more as needed
- 1 tbsp H‑E‑B Bagel Not Included Spice Blend - Everything + Smoky Jalapeno, or as needed for seasoning
- 4 oz smoked salmon, plus more as needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven for 350ºF.
- Place 4 slices of bread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle each with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until bread is just toasted. Remove from oven and while hot carefully rub garlic evenly over each slice to impart flavor.
- Allow to cool before building toasts. Top each toast with avocado and mash with a fork to evenly distribute onto each slice.
- Season avocado with bagel spice and fold a few slices of smoked salmon on each toast to cover.
- Drizzle each with a little more olive oil and grated pecorino Romano cheese. Season to taste as needed.
