
Sage & Mustard Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 3 lb Center cut boneless pork loin roast
- 2 tsp Hill Country Fare Rubbed Sage
- 2 tsp McCormick Ground Mustard
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
- 1 tsp McCormick Ground Ginger
- 2 tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, crushed or minced
Instructions
- Combine dry seasonings for paste. Stir in olive oil and garlic.
- Lay pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, fat-side up. Rub seasoning paste over top of roast. Let stand 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roast pork 40 to 90 minutes, uncovered, until center of roast reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
- Let stand 15 minutes before carving into 1/4-inch thick slices. Pork should have a light pink blush in center
