
Sage Brown Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 oz Unsalted butter
- 6 Patty's Herb Sage, thinly sliced or chiffonade
- 1 tsp Lemon(s), juice
- 2 packages H-E-B Easy Pasta Penne Rigate, prepared according to package directions
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Simmer 2-3 minutes or until golden brown bits appear in bottom of pot.
- Remove from heat. Whisk in sage and lemon juice.
- Season sauce with salt and pepper as needed and toss together with desired pasta.
