Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Combine rice, broccoli, cheese, soup, mushrooms and rotisserie chicken; stir to combine.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups water and stir. Pour chicken rice mixture into the prepared baking pan and cover with foil.
  5. Bake on middle oven rack for 30-40 minutes or until rice is tender.
