
Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Apples

Ingredients
- 3 lb Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch round slices
- 1 lb Granny smith apple, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 cup Yellow onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Orange Blossom Honey
- 1/4 tsp Central Market Organics Ground Korintje Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp H-E-B Red Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Line a roasting pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine sweet potatoes, apples, onions, ginger, butter, honey, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in a large bowl and season with salt.
- Spread mixture in prepared roasting pan and roast for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
