  • 1 1/2 lb H-E-B Boneless Pork Center Loin Roast
  • 1/2 cup(s) orange juice
  • 1/4 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Blooming Brown Candy In Pieces Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh garlic clove(s), minced
  • 1 tbsp H-E-B Ground Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Adams Mexican Oregano
  • 1 tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large zip-close bag. Seal bag and turn to coat pork loin. Marinate 1 to 12 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Drain marinade from bag and reserve. Place pork on a foil-lined sheet pan and roast 50 minutes or until internal temperature reads 145ºF.
  3. Meanwhile, pour reserved marinade in a shallow pan and bring to a simmer. Reduce by half.
  4. Use reduced marinade as glaze for roasted pork.
