
Roasted Chicken Thighs with Herb Chili Crisp

Ingredients
- 2 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp Roasted garlic and herb seasoning, plus more as needed for seasoning
- 1/3 cup Corn starch, plus more as needed for dredging
- 1 tbsp Garlic flavored extra virgin olive oil spray, as needed for spraying chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup Chili garlic crisp, plus more as needed
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives, minced or chopped fine, green onions can also be used
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, minced or finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a sheet pan with garlic paper or
- Season chicken liberally on all sides with garlic seasoning then place on prepared sheet pan.
- Gently dredge chicken on all sides in seasoning mixture and
- Spray tops of chicken thighs liberally with garlic oil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked or internal temperature reaches at least 170ºF.
- While chicken is cooking, combine chili crisp with chives and cilantro in a small bowl, mix well and set aside.
- Once chicken is done, spoon prepared herb chili crisp over hot chicken and serve immediately.
