Unsaved Reaper and Lime Marinated Beef Steak

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup(s) Carolina Reaper Infused Avocado Oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, minced
  • 1 1/4 lb butterflied sirloin fajita meat

Instructions

  1. Place Carolina Reaper Infused Avocado Oil, lime juice, garlic, ground cumin, salt, and cilantro in a blender or medium bowl. Blend or whisk until well combined.
  2. Place steak in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over the steak to cover. Turn until steak is coated with marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove steaks from marinade and sprinkle with more salt if desired. Place steaks on the grill and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
