Unsaved Raw Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fresh cranberries
  • 1 Medium orange, zested and juiced
  • 2 Small granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups H-E-B Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Add cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, apples, cinnamon and sugar to food processor. Pulse to desired consistency - semi chunky or smooth. Adjust flavor with additional sugar to taste.
  2. Allow to sit chilled overnight for the flavors to blend. Serve with turkey, other poultry, or pork.
