Unsaved Pumpkin Spiced Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients

  • 4 oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Salted Butter
  • 16 oz Mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  • 7 1/2 cups Crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup Candy corn

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir to melt. Blend in pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.
  2. Once marshmallow mixture is smooth and melted into a cream, turn off heat. Fold in cereal, working quickly to combine.
  3. Pour mixture onto sheet pan lined with parchment paper or large baking dish. Quickly spread out evenly before treats completely set up.
  4. While still warm, press candy corn into treats, spreading evenly across the top for decoration. Cool at least 30 minutes. Cut and enjoy!
