Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Butter, salted preferred
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend
  • 1 tbsp Espresso Coffee Powder
  • 1/2 cup(s) White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup(s) Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 6 cup(s) Cinnamon Chex Cereal
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, pumpkin pie spice blend, and espresso powder. Microwave for 30-second intervals until butter is melted. Whisk well to combine.
  2. In another large bowl add cereal, white, and milk chocolate chips. Pour peanut butter mixture into bowl and toss until well coated. Let coo for 10 minutes.
  3. Add powdered sugar to the bowl and toss well to coat the mixture completely. Transfer mix to a serving bowl or bag up for on-the-go treats.
