Ingredients
- 1/2 cup H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
- 2 tbsp Hill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin
- 1 tsp McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups H-E-B Premium House Blend Coffee, Brewed
- 1 tbsp H-E-B Half & Half Fat Free
- 1/8 cup H-E-B Pure Cane Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1/8 tsp McCormick Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup H-E-B Real Original Dairy Whip
Instructions
- In a glass measuring cup or microwave-safe bowl, whisk together milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.
- Microwave 1-2 minutes on high. Watch closely; remove from microwave when milk is hot and frothy.
- Carefully pour milk mixture into a tall mug, add hot coffee, half-and-half and sugar.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
