Unsaved Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup H-E-B Pure Cane Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Hill Country Fare Extra Large Great A Eggs
  • 3 cups Hill Country Fair All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Hill Country Fare Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp H-E-B Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Double Acting Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces

Instructions

  1. Grease bottoms only of 2 medium-sized loaf pans.
  2. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  3. Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs in large bowl.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into pans.
  5. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool 10 minutes in pans on wire rack.
  7. Remove from pans and return to rack until completely cooled.
  8. Wrap tightly.
