
Pizza Stuffed Jalapeño Popper

- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup(s) shredded Italian cheese
- 1/2 tsp dry Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp sundried tomatoes with Italian herbs (packed in oil), about 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 10 each slices of pepperoni, chopped into small pieces
- 6 medium fresh jalapeño peppers, cut in half lengthways, stems and seeds removed
- 12 each slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- In a medium bowl mix softened cream cheese, Italian shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, sundried tomatoes and chopped pepperoni. Stir to combine.
- Stuff cream cheese mixture into jalapeño halves then wrap with a slice of bacon.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
