Instructions

  1. Melt butter in large skillet over low heat.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Beat with rotary beater until smooth and well blended.
  4. Pour into skillet and stir from outside edge toward center, allowing uncooked eggs in center to flow to outer edge.
  5. Continue stirring until all eggs have been cooked and mixture has a creamy appearance.
