Pickle Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil, divided use
  • 5 each tomatillos, husk removed
  • 4 each jalapeños, stem removed
  • 2 medium white onions, Peeled, cut in half
  • 32 oz True Texas BBQ Pickle Chips, drained
  • 1/2 cup(s) cilantro
  • 6 each garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon

Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat and add 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil.
  2. Add tomatillos, jalapeños, and onions and cook until the majority are charred.
  3. Add pickle chips, cilantro, garlic, and charred veggies to a blender and begin blending.
  4. Once everything is well blended, slowly add remaining vegetable oil while blending.
  5. Stir in chicken bouillon and enjoy with your favorite chips.
