Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) Sweet Corn Mix
  • 14 oz Condensed Milk
  • 15 oz Canned Creamed Corn
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup(s) Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray. Place sweet corn mix in a large bowl.
  2. In a large bowl or blender, add condensed milk, canned creamed corn, eggs, milk, and salt. Blend until mixture is thoroughly combined and a light yellow color throughout.
  3. Pour corn mixture into the bowl with sweet corn mix and mix well until no dry spots remain. Pour into loaf pan and spread evenly with a spoon or spatula.
  4. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 30 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.
