  • 1 each Pork Baby Back Ribs, patted dry
  • 1 tbsp Adams Reserve BBQ Seasoning
  • 7 1/5 oz Hernan Mole Poblano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a lipped baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, season ribs with rub and use your hands to rub it into the meat.
  3. Spread half of mole sauce over ribs and rub to coat. Set remaining sauce aside.
  4. Place ribs on baking sheet, meat side up, and bake 90 minutes. During final 5 minutes, brush on remaining mole sauce and finish cooking. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
