- 1 cup(s) old fashioned oats
- 1 cup(s) Higher Harvest by H‑E‑B Gluten Free Oat Flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup(s) Higher Harvest by H‑E‑B Non-Dairy Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup(s) Higher Harvest by H‑E‑B Dairy Free Almond-Based Yogurt – Vanilla
- 1/4 cup(s) almond butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup(s) raw honey
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Use spray oil or a light coating of oil on a paper towel to coat a 9" X 9" baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl combine oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, almond milk, almond yogurt, almond butter, eggs, honey and vanilla. Stir to combine into a smooth batter. Add chocolate chips (if using) and stir through.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Allow to cool before cutting.
