Unsaved No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tsp H-E-B Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Hill Country Fare Grade A Large Eggs, large
  • 14 oz H-E-B Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Solid pack pumpkin
  • 2 Graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup Hill Country Fare Rich Whipped Topping

Instructions

  1. Mix gelatin, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a medium saucepan.
  2. Beat eggs and condensed milk together and add to gelatin mixture.
  3. Let stand 1 minute.
  4. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved; about 10 minutes.
  5. Blend in pumpkin.
  6. Pour into crusts and chill until firm.
