- 2 each unflavored gelatin
- 1 tsp H-E-B Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 each Hill Country Fare Grade A Large Eggs, large
- 14 oz H-E-B Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 each solid pack pumpkin
- 2 each graham cracker crust
- 1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Rich Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Mix gelatin, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Beat eggs and condensed milk together and add to gelatin mixture.
- Let stand 1 minute.
- Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved; about 10 minutes.
- Blend in pumpkin.
- Pour into crusts and chill until firm.
