
Nacho Burrito Chimichanga

Ingredients
- 3 Ready to Cook Extra Large Tortillas
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 1 tbsp All Purpose Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Medium Heat Pico De Gallo
- 3/4 cup Queso Dip, heated per package directions
- 1/4 cup Pickled Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
- 1.5 oz Tortilla Chips, crushed into nickel-size pieces
Instructions
- Place a large skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Cook tortillas, one at a time, for 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and cover with a towel or plastic wrap to keep warm.
- Return skillet to heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Cook until no longer pink then drain the grease off. Mix in seasoning until evenly distributed thru the meat.
- Stir in pico de gallo and continue to cook until mixture is heated through. Remove from heat.
- Spread beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup of queso followed by jalapeños and crushed tortilla chips.
- To create a burrito shape, roll edge of the tortilla one turn over the filling, fold in sides then continue to roll up.
- Place seam-side down on an oven safe dish or pan that fits in the air fryer. Spray chimichangas with non-stick spray and cook 6 minutes at 400ºF. Serve immediately.
