
Mustard Marinated Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Natural lamb rib chops - bone-in Frenched
- 1/2 cup Four J Grilled Scallion Mustard
- 1 tsp Morton Coarse Kosher Salt, plus more as needed
- 1 tsp H-E-B Black Pepper Grinder, plus more as needed
Instructions
- In a plastic or glass bowl, add lamb chops and mustard, toss to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove lamb from marinade, and shake off excess mustard.
- Season lamb liberally with salt and pepper and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Allow to rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
