Ingredients

Serves 12

  • 3/4 cup(s) M and M'S Milk Chocolate Candy Holiday Bag, divided use
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 7/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup(s) almond flour
  • 1 tsp white Sparkling Sugar Sprinkles
  • 2 oz vanilla candy coating

Instructions

  1. Chop up half of M&M’s. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and cloves then set aside.
  3. Use an electric mixer to beat butter, powdered sugar, and molasses until blended. Beat in vanilla then stir in flour mixture and almond flour until combined. Stir in chopped M&M’s and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Divide dough into 12 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Place about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until set and lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange cooled cookies on tray and garnish with remaining M&M’s and sugar sprinkles. Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes or until chocolate is set and hardened.
  7. Meanwhile, in a microwavable bowl, microwave vanilla candy coating, stirring every 30 seconds, for about 1 minute or until melted. Using 2 forks, dip each cookie into melted candy coating (or drizzle over cookies).
