- 5 cup(s) Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 1/4 tsp H-E-B Ground Cinnamon, ground
- 1 tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cup(s) water
- 10 oz Fresh Berries Trio
- 1 lb H-E-B Maple Breakfast Sausage, cooked, cooled, crumbled into bite size pieces
- 1 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Grade A Medium Amber Maple Syrup, warmed
- 6 1/2 oz H-E-B Original Real Dairy Whip, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, add pancake mix, cinnamon, vanilla and water. Stir until combined with no dry spots then pour into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle half of berries over batter then spread crumbled sausage evenly over fruit.
- Bake on middle oven rack for 50 to 55 minutes until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes then slice into squares to serve. Garnish with syrup, whip cream, and remaining berries.
