  • 1/2 cup Green onion, chopped
  • 6 tbsp Red miso paste
  • 1 Roasted seaweed sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pour broth in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add crushed seaweed chips and simmer several minutes.
  3. Place miso paste in a small bowl and whisk in some of the simmering broth. Return the broth and miso mixture to the pot.
  4. Add tofu and green onions and simmer an additional 4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
