Unsaved Miso Mandarin Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Classic Coleslaw Base
  • 1/4 cup Green onion(s), finely chopped
  • 4 oz Canned mandarin orange slices, drained
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb Cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
  • 1/4 cup Miso dressing
  • 2 oz Wonton strips

Instructions

  1. Empty power slaw into a large bowl. Add green onions, mandarin oranges and cilantro. Toss with dressing to coat evenly.
  2. Add chicken and wonton strips; toss lightly again and serve.
  3. Chef's Note: Add slivered almonds for and extra crunch.
