
Mexican Style Street Corn Hot Dogs

Ingredients
Serves 5
- 1 1/4 lb H-E-B Elote Cheese Pork Sausages, approximately 5 sausages
- 1/3 cup(s) chipotle mayo, or as needed
- 5 each H‑E‑B Bakery Sweet Aloha Hot Dog Buns, or as needed
- 1 cup(s) fresh cilantro, roughly chopped or picked and loosely packed
- 1/2 cup(s) cotija cheese, crumbled, plus more as needed
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat between 350ºF and 400ºF.
- Grill sausages until nicely marked on all sides and internal temperature reaches at least 165ºF.
- Remove sausages and allow to rest before building hot dogs.
- To build hot dogs, add chipotle mayo to both sides of buns, add sausage and top with chopped cilantro and crumbled cotija cheese.
- Repeat process with each additional hot dog, Garnish with your favorite condiments as needed.
