- 1 each cantaloupe, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup(s) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup(s) frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup(s) orange juice
- 34 fl oz unsweetened sparkling water
Instructions
- Combine cantaloupe, yogurt, frozen berries and orange juice. Stir in sparkling water.
- Pour into cups and cover each with foil. Pierce the center of the foil with a small knife and slide the craft stick down inside the cup.
- Freeze approximately 4 hours.
